The Global IT Challenge for Youth with Disabilities held
The Global IT Challenge 2021 for young people with disabilities was held on Thursday. The global IT Challenge was organized online by Rehabilitation International Korea (RI KOREA). A total of 20 contestants from Bangladesh participated in this year's competition from BCC's head office in Dhaka, Rajshahi, Barisal, Sylhet, Chittagong, Faridpur and Rangpur regional offices.
The first of the two episodes of the competition ended with preliminary success. The 2nd episode 'Final Round' will be held next October.
It is to be noted that this event was held directly every year but due to the Covid-19, it was held on the online zoom platform. A total of 14 countries, including Bangladesh in the Asia-Pacific region, participated in this year's competition.
